Requirements
In order to use eGolfScore Java you must have a Java and Web enabled device with network data access from your Service Provider.
Minimum MIDP 1.0 device.

Prior to using eGolfScore Java
- You must have an active eGolfScore account.
If you do not already have an eGolfScore account, you can sign up for a Free Trial account.
After using your Free Trial round, you must purchase a Premium Membership or individual rounds in order to score additional rounds.
- You can setup Favorite Courses by going to www.eGolfScore.com and logging in. Then, go to you’re My Courses section, select Favorite Courses, and setup your favorite courses in your personal Course List Profile. Doing this allow for quicker course selection in eGolfScore Java.
- To access eGolfScore Wireless on your mobile cell phone, install the Java application.
Installation Instructions
Java Phones
eGolfScore Wireless for Java can be used on most Java phones.
To install the application on your phone, goto the following address on the Java phone's web browser and follow the on screen instructions;

If your phone requires a cable and a PC to install Java applications, you can download the eGolfScore Java application files in ZIP format at the following address and then follow the instructions provided with your phone;

Java Blackberry Phones
eGolfScore Wireless for Java can be used on most Blackberry devices. Each carrier that offers Blackberry devices requires a specific version of the application.
The application can be installed either Over the Air, or via the Desktop Manager. Most devices that have version 4.0 or greater of the Blackberry software can
use Over the Air downloads.
OPTION 1: If your Blackberry supports Over the Air (OTA) downloads, type the appropriate link below in the web browser of your Blackberry device;

OPTION 2: If your Blackberry DOES NOT supports Over the Air (OTA) downloads, download the appropriate file below and use the Desktop Manager to install the application;

To install the application on your phone;
1. Download the appropriate application for your device from the list above, and follow the installation instructions below.
2. Download the installation files for your carrier.
3. Unzip the four files into a folder on your local computer.
4. Connect your device to your local computer, and launch the Blackberry Desktop Manager software
5. Double click on the Application Loader icon.
6. Select Next on the introduction screen.
7. On the Handheld Application Selector Screen, select the Add button, and then browse to the location of the download files. Select the eGolfScore.alx file and select the Open button. Select the Next button to continue.
8. Select the Finish button to complete the installation.
9. On the Installation Successful Screen, select the Close button.
The first time the application is launched on the Blackberry device, the following screen will be displayed:
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and use the space bar to check the www.egolfscore.com connection. Then scroll to the top of the screen and select the Allow this connection option.
